| Below you will find information about our puppies. Please read over all this information as it may answer many of your questions about our puppies and about the process of buying a puppy from us. We keep a waiting and update list for our puppies. Please email us if you would like to be added to it. Please include your name, location, phone number, breed/sex/color preference, and your time frame that you are looking to purchase a puppy. On this list you will recieve an email every time we have a new litter and you will receive updates throughout the litter with pictures and info. We do accept deposits for puppies to ensure the holding of a particular puppy. Deposits are $100 (cash, check, money order, or paypal) and are non-refundable (though exceptions will be made for special circumstances). |
| How we handle the process for our potential buyers: We desire to provide as much information as possible to our potentional buyers as we understand you want to make a well informed decision. If this means several hours on the phone and as many emails as necessary we will do whatever it takes to answer all your questions. We respond promptly to all calls and emails and typically will respond to all inquires within 24 hours. We provide email, phone and cell phone numbers to allow you to contact us at any time for any reason. We are happy to allow visits with our puppies in our home. We are happy to have you come meet the puppies, their parents and you are welcome to bring your children and/or friends. We strive to be extremely flexible and are willing to work with your schedule in arranging visits at whatever time is convenient for you. We provide support to everyone who buys a puppy from us. This means you can contact us at any time with any questions, with any problems, for advice and training help and we also provide dog sitting in our home for our buyers for anytime you vacation and travel and are unable to take your pet with you. We also have held puppies longer for buyers and even delivered puppies when transportation was unable. We will take our puppies back. If at any time you are unable to keep your puppy for whatever reason, rather than you being forced to take your pet to a pound, shelter or rescue we hope you will consider bringing it back to us. If you need to bring the puppy back within 2 months of purchase, we can even offer you a partial refund. After 2 months, though we cannot offer a refund, we can offer a loving home for your pet. |
| What will be included with your puppy: 1. 30 day health guarantee against genetic disorders and birth defects 2. Breeder support, advice & free petsitting 3. One (1) or Two (2) certified vetranarian checkups 4. Back dewclaws removed 5. First round of shots 6. Two (2) or more dewormings 7. Vetranarian health & shot record 8. Purina Puppy pack with puppy booklet and storage 9. Receipt of sale/puppy contract 10. Sheltie information page 11. New puppy Checklist 12. Bag of Purina Puppy Chow 13. Bag of treats 14. Water & food bowls 15. Two (2) or more toys 16. Collar & Leash (if available) 17. Registration Papers (If available- see note below) MOST of our puppies will be registered with either ACA or AKC. However, we do occasionally have a litter that we do not register. If registration is essentail to you, please inquire beforehand about papers. |
