We are a small hobby breeder of purebred Shelties: Shetland Sheepdogs. We are located in Bucks County, PA. (Southeastern PA) We are within driving distance of many locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and New York and we have sold puppies to families in all of these states as well as Virginia &Massachusettes.

We produce registered litters, some with champion lines and show quality, but we breed our puppies as wonderful pets. We produce mostly Sable and White and Tricolor puppies, though sometimes we do have other colors. We have an average of 3 litters per year. If you have any questions please contact us:

Welcome to Fairview Shetland Sheepdogs
Please Note:
We are not a licensed kennel because we are considered a hobby breeder. We are in compliance with local and state requirements and we do not go over the limit of the number of puppies we produce and sell. What we do is humane and legal and we have been inspected and cleared by the state dog warden. If anyone has any questions or concerns regarding this you may feel free to contact us. Thank you.
2011 Update: As we continue to grow and expand as a family, our needs and focus have changed over the years. We first began breeding after a few years of doing rescue work, and at the time when we started we didn't have children. Now, with our eldest child having Autism we have become more involved in the world of special needs, our second son just turned 1 year old and started walking, and now we are expecting our third child next spring. The division of our time and our main priorities have obviously shifted over the years. Due to this, we have made the decision to begin our phase out of breeding. Though we will always have shelties in our family and may be involved in the sheltie world in some way or another and perhaps in the breeding area again when our children our older, right now we feel it is in the best interest of our family to begin stepping back. Right now, our goal is to produce 6 more litters over the next 2 years and to finish out in 2013. This may change somewhat depending on how the next year progresses, but this is our plan of action for the time being. We have loved this experience and all aspects of it, but the most rewarding part of it has surely been the love and joy we have seen spring from the matching of a puppy to it's new family and their continued happiness. We will miss, but always cherish those blessings. Thank you.
